We are an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management. Whether you are new to the HR field or have many years of experience, we are a local starting point for networking, information, professional development and continued support of excellence in Human Resources.

News from SHRM
The Butler Human Resources Association is a SHRM affiliated chapter. Our mission is toprovide informationand networking opportunities for those in the Human Resources profession, which typically includes professionals working in the fields of Strategic Management, HR Development, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, Employee/Labor Relations and Risk Management. BHRA members have the opportunity to meet, network, and exchange constructive ideas and information. Our monthly HR presentations are chosen through feedback from our members.
Regular luncheon meetings are scheduled on the second Tuesday of each month, except during the months of May, which is the joint Chamber/BHRA Forum, July and August, which is summer break, and December, which is our holiday party. The cost is only $12 for members and $20 for guests. .
The BHRA is affiliated with the Society for Human Resources Management and is recognized by SHRM as a registered chapter.
We look forward to learning what contributions you can make to the BHRA and invite you to return the 2011 Membership Application.
